Prisoner abuse by American troops.

Tragic to say, the scale of abuses and the rank of those involved in abuses are turning out to be heartbreaking. But another emerging tragedy is the unwillingness of our administration to admit to the problem. As one of the articles here indicates, it is a return to the unwillingness to admit to genocide in Rwanda at a time when honesty would have required costly involvement.
